I have projected in two months,in september 1994, on site,in the powder milk factory owned by Nestlé in Araçatuba,Brazil, a system of unloading tracks loaded with milk coming from thousands of

kilometers, and installed it in one month, with two electricians.

It was a system controlled from a control panel fitted with 120 selectors and push buttons.

I had to transform it in a system based on three touchscreen panels made by Nematron

and controlled by a PLC Sistema Automacao /Reliance Electric.

Every function was removed one by one from the panel and built into the system PLC/ touchscreen.

The factory was running 24hours everydays. And the last day of november1994, everything was finished and running, with the operators able to run it.

The PC I have used.by Sistema Automation Industrial ;The company had made the migration of the device used to program PLC ‘s Reliance Electric into micro computers.

On this picture I was programming a PLC AUTOMATE 40^E of 8000 I/0 in 1987 in Sao Paulo , for the regenerators of the high furnace of CSN ;

This system had only 800 i/os but the loading had 4000 . Everything has been tested in SP and installed in Volta Redonda. Brazil in 1988.
